When and where is Dharohar Dialogues 2027?+
18 May 2027 (cultural opening at an ASI monument, heritage monument to be announced) and 19–21 May 2027 at New Delhi.
How much does a pass cost?+
Delegate passes, including a student pass, open on 8 January 2027. The public festival is free.
Is there a student pass?+
Yes — a student pass with a valid student ID, including all sessions, workshops and the youth strand.
Who organises it?+
Jugalbandi Foundation, with partners to be announced.
Do international delegates need a visa?+
Most do. Apply for an Indian e-Conference visa with the invitation letter issued on registration; allow eight weeks.
Is the venue accessible?+
Yes. the convention venue is step-free, with accessible toilets, wheelchairs on request, sign-language interpretation in the Plenary Hall and quiet rooms.
Can I exhibit?+
Exhibition expressions of interest are open. Tell us what you would like to present; booth arrangements will be discussed as plans develop.
Will sessions be streamed?+
Plenary and selected sessions will be live-streamed with captions.
